Shipments
Shipments are made through national courier companies.
The estimated delivery times are2 to 5 business daysfrom the order confirmation (except for customized or out-of-stock products).
Shipping costs will be shown before you finalize your purchase.
Order cancellations, returns and refunds
The customer may withdraw from the purchase within a maximum period of14 calendar daysfrom the receipt of the order, without the need for justification, in accordance with article 102 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us by email atinfo@gruposartoria.com, indicating the order number and the items to be returned.
The products must be returned to theiroriginal stateunused and with its packaging intact. Once the merchandise is received and its condition verified, the process will begin.refund of the amountusing the same payment method used for the purchase, within a maximum period of14 calendar days.
Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer, except in cases of error or product defect on the part of Sartoria Panatieri Eixample. S.L.
No returns will be acceptedgift cards or vouchersalready activated or used.
Terms of payment
Payments will be made through the secure payment gateway (Virtual POS) provided by the corresponding bank.
Sartoria Panatieri Eixample, S.L. does not store at any time the data of the cards used in the payment process.
Data protection
The personal data provided by the user will be processed in accordance with current data protection regulations, for the purpose of managing orders, shipments and commercial communications.
The user may exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, limitation and portability by sending a request toinfo@gruposartoria.com.
