Rafa Panatieri and Jorge Sastre, chefs and founders of Sartoria Panatieri and Brabo, are a culinary duo with a history marked by innovation and excellence. After forging their careers in prestigious kitchens, Rafa, originally from Brazil, and Jorge, a native of Madrid, combined their talent and vision to bring their own projects to life in Barcelona. They met while working on the team at Roca Moo, the restaurant at the Omm hotel in Barcelona.

After a long career in several renowned restaurants, they decided to go their own way and in 2018 opened Garden Pizza in the Gràcia neighborhood. This first project was the seed of Sartoria Panatieri, a much more evolved proposal in processes and product that marked a before and after in their career. Sartoria Panatieri, with locations in Gràcia (2018) and Eixample (2020), has garnered significant international recognition.

In 2023, it was named Europe's Best Pizzeria by 50 Top Pizza, and in 2024, it reached second place as the best pizzeria in the world according to The Best Pizza. Its focus on making all its dishes locally sourced, connecting with international trends, reflects an obsessive and perfectionist philosophy that seeks excellence in every detail. In 2023, they took a further step with the opening of Brabo, their most gastronomic restaurant focused on local produce and grilled meats. This new project reaffirms their commitment to quality and creativity, consolidating their position as a benchmark in the Barcelona gastronomic scene.
